{"id":290,"date":"2011-04-28T22:31:24","date_gmt":"2011-04-28T14:31:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/themes.themolitor.com\/wpaid\/?page_id=16"},"modified":"2026-10-30T10:57:01","modified_gmt":"2026-10-30T02:57:01","slug":"about-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/gfh-asia.org\/asia\/about-2\/","title":{"rendered":"About"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The Logistics Resource<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><em>GFH is gearing towards being the world&#8217;s logistic resource for humanitarian medical resources.\u00a0 The vision focuses on aiding and undergirding humanitarian medical charities in developing countries &#8230; and utilizing cargo jets to ferry clinics and supplies.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>As GFH expands, this will become the resource for those charities, governments of developing countries and various medical groups, to greatly expand their effectiveness. Through alliance contracts, they are supplied with the equipment and resources to allow life-changing surgical and preventive medical treatment.\u00a0 Emergency shelters for natural disasters will add even greater resources for those in need.<\/p>\n<p>GFH is an international humanitarian charity.\u00a0 It is registered in the <strong>USA, Australia<\/strong> and <strong>Macau SAR<\/strong>. It was first founded in the USA as a 501(c)3 non-profit in 2001.<\/p>\n<p>With the establishment of <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><em>Global Flying Hospitals (Macau) Association<\/em><\/span> (2009) the Board is developing the organisation in Asia as the Administration Hub.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><em>Global Flying Hospitals (Australia) Ltd<\/em><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> is th<\/span>e <strong>Pacific Hub<\/strong> in Cairns Australia.\u00a0 It was incoporated in 2021, then went through the lengthy process to be approved and elevated by the ACNC (charity governance) as a Public Benevolent Institute (PBI) &#8211; followed by endorsement by the Australian tax office (ATO) as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) &#8230; placing it in an elite sub-set of only 9% or so of the 64,000+ of Australian charities.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We have been negotiating and researching Phnom Penh, Cambodia for our Manufacturing Hub for our mobile clinics, emergency shelters and other humanitarian products.<\/li>\n<li>Mr. Michael Tan, former Singapore Ambassador to Cambodia and now in private\u00a0consultancy, is assisting GFH for this manufacturing hub establishment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">GFH is also in Alliance with <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><em>Philanthropy International Organisation<\/em><\/span> in Athens, Greece &#8211; as\u00a0we widen our footprint to reach more regions in need.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/phil-int.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Visit PIO<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><em>This multi-node combination forms the <strong>GFH super-cluster<\/strong>, allowing for the reaching and supply to many of the world&#8217;s developing countries and crisis areas in need!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Logistics Resource GFH is gearing towards being the world&#8217;s logistic resource for humanitarian medical resources.\u00a0 The vision focuses on aiding and undergirding humanitarian medical charities in developing countries &#8230; and utilizing cargo jets to ferry clinics and supplies.
