Neill Newton

Mr. Newton is Chairman and Founder of Global Flying Hospitals.

He is also a developer and presenter of  ‘Differentiation’ – a new model for business-breakthrough and growth – utilizing innovation, creativity and uniqueness in business. Prior to relinquishing his career to launch GFH, this model was presented via keynote speaking, seminars, boot camps, audio programs and books in five countries over 21 years to a plethora of business owners, managers, entrepreneurs, colleges and universities. This program culminated in his top-selling Book, ‘Uniqueness is a Red Striped Zebra’.

Mr. Newton was the leading business consultant in North East China's Four Provinces, assisting NE China firms with mergers, IPO's, SOX Compliance, investment seminars, business growth strategies; as well as consultant to the Liaoning Province and Shenyang city governments; liaison between Deutsche Boerse (Frankfurt Stock Exchange) and China firms seeking listings; and director of a China investment firm.

Mr. Newton is fluent in English and intermediate in Mandarin. Some of his careers highlights include: seminar speaking tours through Australia and USA with Brig. General Myrna Williamson (Highest ranking female officer upon retirement – US Army); interviewing and production of business-development audio programs with many corporate legends, such as: Howard Putnam (CEO Southwest Airlines), Kemmons Wilson (Founder, Holiday Inns), Francis X. Maguire (key founding officer, FedEx and KFC), Sir Tom Farmer (founder – Kwikfit – U.K), top selling authors: Dr. Robert Kreigel, and John Spoelstra (Pres. – New Jersey Jets). Larry Lacewell (recruiter for Dallas Cowboys), and Jane Pierotti (former Nat. Marketing Director, IBM and VP Marketing; Holiday Inns); winning the 1990 Keynote Speaker's competition (International Speakers Association, Washington DC); and being presented with the “Keys to the City” of Memphis, Tennessee, USA.

Mr. Newton has had a content-rich history, with a background in Australia serving in the Northern Territory Police Force, before moving into many years of business consultancy development, researching, field-testing and launching his theories on business Differentiation, which was not only presented on an international corporate platform, but in Academe, being adopted by business schools of Universities.

In 2001, he relinquished his career to launch Global Flying Hospitals, yet maintains some links to China, US and UK clients.
